Private company offices surround a WiFi-enabled communal lounge offering a variety of seating options and arrangements. An abundance of living plants will enhance the feeling of a natural healthy environment which can increase productivity.
An open-concept pantry featuring an innovative, fresh, fully-stocked micro-market is an integral element of the communal area. The self-serve micro-market offers up nutritious organic, gluten-free selections from salads to sandwiches as well as round-the-clock snacks and a variety of coffee. Easy payment methods include an app, pre-paid market card, personal debit card or fingerprint biometric reader.
Need to host a meeting? Three private meeting rooms accommodate between two and twelve people. Each can be scheduled remotely or via wall-mounted touch panels providing visual clues to availability from the communal lounge area.
